Every Child Ministries

Every Child Ministries was started in 1985 with the purpose of reaching the forgotten children of Africa to meet the needs of the body and the soul of the African children. This is done by training nationals in Congo/Kinshasa, Ghana, West Africa & Uganda East Africa to teach Bible clubs and Child Sponsorship programs, and start them in unreached areas. To date there have been over 2,300 Bible Clubs started in Congo/Kinshasa that are taught on a weekly basis. In Ghana ECM has Haven of Hope Children's home which has 47 children of all ages who are orphaned or abused & liberated from slavery. In Uganda ECM is helping in the resettlement of Ugandan Refugees in the northern part of the country with projects to bring clean water and housing for marginalized people. In southern Uganda a program is underway to facilitate the resettlement of orphans into foster and/or adoptive homes

ECM has 45 African Nationals on staff and several American Missionaries on the ground in Africa. The Hebron office is the sending office of the work being done in Africa.  ECM takes short term teams to both Uganda and Ghana, and is looking for elementary teachers for a one year commitment at Haven Academy School in Ghana, West Africa, as well as filling other missionary positions.  ECM relies on a large volunteer base and is always accepting volunteers at the Hebron office.
